Most portraits are completed and shipped within 5 to 7 business days. You will receive a preview to approve before we send it to print. Rush orders may be available upon request.
We offer free revisions until you are completely satisfied. When your portrait is ready, we will send a preview for your approval before it ships. If it does not feel right, we will revise it at no extra cost.
A clear, well-lit photo where we can see your pet's face works best. Front-facing or three-quarter angles are ideal. The photo should be at least 1024 by 1024 pixels. Avoid heavily filtered or blurry photos. Natural lighting outdoors or near a window gives the best results.
Memorial portraits honor pets who have passed. Each collection has its own special halo treatment: a golden Renaissance halo, a soft spirit glow for anime, gold leaf for watercolor, and more. This subtle addition turns your portrait into a lasting tribute.
We offer eight products: canvas prints, posters, mugs, t-shirts, hoodies, phone cases, tote bags, and fanny packs. Canvas and poster portraits feature a full background, while apparel and accessories use a soft vignette fade for a more natural look on the material.
Yes. Dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, horses, reptiles, fish, hamsters, and more. If you love them and have a clear photo, we can create a portrait. Our collections work beautifully with all kinds of companions.
Our five signature collections are: Watercolor (soft washes and visible brushstrokes), Anime (bold outlines and expressive eyes), Renaissance (oil painting with your pet as royalty), Comic Book (pop art with halftone dots), and Geometric (polygon mosaic in vivid color). Yes. We ship worldwide with free shipping on all orders. International orders typically arrive within 7 to 14 business days depending on your location. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.
